Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 700000 ~ 2100000.
Eligibility criteria:
The Tender is open to all eligible tenderer who has-
a) Up to date valid Trade license (FY 2025-26 or 2026-27)
b) Valid TIN & VAT registration Certificate.
c) Up to date valid Income Tax clearance certificate (FY 2024-25 or FY 2025-26)
Obtained from NBR.
d) The number of years of General experience of the Tenderer in Construction Works shall be at least 05 (Five) years.
(e) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in similar nature works of at least 1(one) contract successfully completed in Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh within the last 05 (five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 5.10 Lakh (Five Lakh and Ten Thousand) only;
(f) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 05 (five) years of Tk. 10.50 (Ten lakh and Fifty Thousand).
(g) Tender capacity of tenderer must be minimum Tk 6.30 (Six lakh and Thirty Thousand).
(h) Minimum Liquid Asset of value Tk 6.80 (Six lakh and Eighty thousand) in the form of letter of commitment of Banks, undertaking for line of credit (In the Form e PW3-8) in original form which must be unconditional.
(i) Up-to-date ABC and supervisory License of his own from Electrical Licensing Board, GOB.
(j) The tenderer must comply with eligibility and qualification criteria mentioned in details in the Tender Data Sheet & Particular conditions of contracts.
