Brief Description of Package: Maintenance and servicing work of one (01) 10-ton Air Conditioner unit installed in the JICA Switch Room at Ramna Telephone Exchange including supply of necessary spare parts and consumables. The work includes replacement of 440V magnetic relay, nitrogen gas charging and pressure checking, compressor oil change (R22), compressor faulty base replacement, supply and charging of R22 refrigerant gas, rewinding of faulty indoor motor with bearing replacement, refrigerant gas leakage testing, gas filling, servicing, cleaning, testing, commissioning and ensuring satisfactory operation of the air conditioning system.
