* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 8666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 26000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 8666666 ~ 26000000.
Eligibility criteria:
The Tender is open to all eligible tenderer who has
a) up-to-date valid trade license. b) Valid TIN & VAT registration certificate. c) Up-to-date valid income tax clearance certificate obtained from NBR. d) The minimum number of years of general experience of the tenderer in the supply of goods & related services as a supplier shall be 5 years.
e) Specific experience of satisfactory completion of supply, installation, testing & commissioning of lift in a single contract with a minimum value of Taka 70.00 (Seventy) lac in any government/semi government/autonomous/private organization within the last 10 years from the date of IFT.
f) The minimum amount of liquid assets of the tenderer shall be Taka 90.00 (Ninety) lac in the form of a letter of commitment for a bank undertaking for a line of credit (e-PG3 8) without alteration issued no earlier than twenty-eight (28) days of the deadline for the submission of tender only.
g) The minimum supply and/or production capacity of Goods is/ are: mentioned in TDS
h) Up-to-date ABC/BC category Contractor & Electrical Supervisory license obtained from Bangladesh Electrical Licensing Board.
i) Valid Manufacturer authorization letter for the proposed brand of the Lift (e-PG3-6).
j)Assurance certificate for after sales service from the manufacturer/authorized Distributer.
k) The bidder must provide One Year service warranty including spare parts.
l)Sole Agent/Distributorship certificate from lift manufacturer.
m) Catalogue & Technical specifications of proposed lift.
n)Met all other required qualifications, special terms & conditions of the tender as mentioned in the ITT, GCC, Section-5, Section-6,TDS & Tender documents.
