Brief Description of Package: The minimum number years of general experience of the tenderer in the construction works shall be 03 (Three) years.
The Tenderer must have successful completion experience of at least 01 (one) Civil Work of an amount not less than Tk. 20.00 (Twenty) lakh in a single work during the last 5 (five) years in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous Bodies. The work completion certificates shall have to be issued by the Officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent Officer of concern Department/Organisation.
The required minimum average annual construction turnover shall be Tk. 20.00 (Twenty) lakh over the best 03 (three) years in the last 05 (five) years. All work completion certificates must be enclosed with the tender.
The required minimum liquid asset Tk. 15.00 (Fifteen) lakh.
Minimum tender capacity Tk. 20.00 (Twenty) lakh.
Black listed/debarred bidders from any Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous organization will be treated as ineligible to participate in the Tender.
Up-to-date trade license, Income Tax clearance certificate, VAT registration certificate.
Other required conditions and documents of the tenderer are shown in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of the tender documents, must be fulfilled.
In case any confusion arises due to a printing mistake or other reason, the Public Procurement Rules-2025 and its amendments will govern.
