Eligibility criteria:
The Tenderer shall have the legal capacity to enter into the Contract under the Applicable Law. In support of their eligibility; the tenderer shall submit copies of the latest relevant documents:
1. Valid Trade License for FY 2025–2026.
2. Valid Tax Identification Number (TIN) certificate and Income Tax Clearance/Return Certificate for Assessment Year 2025–2026.
3. Valid VAT Registration Certificate (BIN).
4. The Tenderer shall have Financial Solvency Certificate showing liquid asset of at least BDT 1,50,000 (One Lakh Fifty Thousands only) from any scheduled Bank (This certification must be issued after the publication date of the Invitation for Tender (IFT)
