Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 10000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 30000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 10000000 ~ 30000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1.Tenderer shall have general experience in supplying goods of last 02 years with good reputation (time wil be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP system)
2. Satisfactory completion of similar nature of good supply work worth not less than Tk. 90.00 Lac only in a single work order in Government/ Semi Government/Autonomous Bodies of Bangladesh during last 1 years.
3. Tenderers must have liquid asset amounting TK. 50.00 Lac only in the form of PG2-5, (time wil be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP system)
4. Up-to date Trade License, up-to date Income Tax Clearance and up-to date VAT Registration Certificate, Bank Solvency Certificate, Tender documents purchase voucher, Previous experience documents, Bio-data of Staffs, List of Sewing Equipments and Tools, Bank Transaction for last 6 month, Non Blacklisted and Banrupt Certificate by Bank and last two years Audit Report.
5. Income tax and vat wil be cut as per the rules and regulations of the government. Bil wil be paid after the alocation from the government.
6. If for any reason the market price increases, the contractor wil be obliged to supply the goods at the price paid by him. Otherwise, legal action wil be taken against the concerned contractor including forfeiture of the tender security/performance security money.
7. The price given in the tender must be consistent with the market price.
8. The Purchaser reserves the right to accept, reject or cancel the tender at any time without assigning any reason. The Authority is not bound to accept the tender of the lowest bidder.
9. The Contractor concerned must have its own tailors.
10. Samples must be submitted along with the tender submission.
11. The uniform must be tailored in compliance the Bangladesh Police dress Rules.
