* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 6666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 20000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 6666666 ~ 20000000.

Eligibility criteria:
The tenderer shall have the following qualifying and other eligibility criteria stated in the TDS & PCC.
a)The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 3 years.
b)The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least one contract successfully completed within the last 3 years, with a value of at least Tk. 43 Lac.
at any Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous body/Renowned private organization.
c)The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 77 Lac  (Must follow the format in standard tender document)
d)Up-to-date Trade License, Income Tax Clearance Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate.
e)SPM office reserves the right to disqualify any tenderer due to intentional rate quoting/front loading.
