Brief Description of Package: Procurement of Services of 20 (Twenty) Service Personnel through the Outsourcing Process for the Proper Execution of Daily Cleaning, Sanitation, and Maintenance Works throughout Zia Udyan under Sher-e-Bangla Nagar Public Works Division-2, Dhaka.
Eligibility criteria:
This invitation for Tender is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below:
a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer as Prime Contractor/Sub Contractor/Management Contractor shall be 03 (three) years.
b) Having experience in successfully completion of at least 1(one) number of works not less than Tk. 41.00 (Forty one point zero) lac only in a single work order in Government /Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies/ Organization of Bangladesh during last 05 (five) years.
c) The required average annual turnover of the Tenderer shall be at least of the amount of Tk 35.00 (Thirty five point zero) lac over the last 5 (Five) years.
d) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 16.00 (Twelve) lac. Letter of Commitment for Bank’s Undertaking for Line of Credit as per Form e-PPS2-5 of Tender and Contract Forms section must be submitted for this purpose (Failing to submit in form e-PPS2-5 will make the tenderer Non-responsive).
e) The tenderer must posses
i) Updated income tax clearance certificate.
ii) VAT registration certificate.
iii) Updated trade license.
iv) Updated CV and Educational Certificates of Proposed Manpower
v) Updated License for Supplying Man power from Department of Inspection for Factories & Establishments.
vi) Attested copy of documents in sl. No. i, ii, iii, iv & v are to be submitted.
f) Other required eligibility and conditions of the tenderer are shown in Tender Data Sheet of tender documents.
