Brief Description of Package: Supply of 01(One) Service Personnel of Various Categories for Railway Police HQ, Dhaka on a Completely Temporary Basis through Outsourcing Method (FY 2026-2027).
Eligibility criteria:
1. The tenderer must be a registered entity or a genuine manpower supply licensee authorized by a competent government institution.
2. In accordance with Rule 7 of the Bangladesh Labour Rules, 2015, the service provider contracting agency must possess a valid registration and a renewed license issued by the Department of Inspection for Factories and Establishments.
3. Updated contractor and Business License.
4. Updated VAT and Income Tax License with PSR.
5. National Citizen Certificate and NID Certificate.
6. Ownership Certificate of the Institution.
7. Non-Blacklisted Certificate.
8. Experience Certificate. Experienced candidates may be given preference.Experienced candidates may be given preference.
9. Sample Signature.
10. A latest certified copy of bank solvency certificate or line of credit According to (Form e-PPS2-5).
11. The accepted bidder shall be obliged to have income tax and VAT, as fixed by the government, deducted at the time of payment of the goods/work bill.
12. And mentioned in TDS, PCC and GCC.
13. The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any tender at any time.
14. If any condition conflicts with the PPR, the PPR shall prevail.
