Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 4000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1333333 ~ 4000000.
Eligibility criteria:
Tenderers shall submit with its Tender the following documents:
1. Valid and up to date Trade Licence.
2. VAT Registration Certificate(13 Digit BIN).
3. Tax Clearance Certificate or Acknowledgement Slip as a proof of submission of Income Tax Return for the Assessment Year 2024-2025 or Latest.
4. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works under public sector as Prime Contractor shall be 3(Three) years.
5. The minimum specific experience such as yearly maintenance or servicing of air conditioner in any Power Plant owned by BPDB/Enterprise of BPDB/Government owned Power Plant/Reputed Private Power Plant at least 200MW Installed Capacity as a Prime Contractor of atleast 1(One) contract successfully completed within the last 3(Three) years with a value of at least BDT 8,00,000.00(Taka Eight Lakh Only).
6. The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than BDT 8,00,000.00(Taka Eight Lakh Only) over the last 5(Five) financial years or best 3(Three) years in the last 5(Five) financial years.
7. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of theTenderers shall be BDT 5,00,000.00(Taka Five Lakh Only).
8. Tenderers shall have the minimum level of personnel capacity to qualify for the performance of the Works under the Contract. Tenderer shall submit the assurance certificate to provide necessary support/maintenance works/service as required by a Technical team Having Minimum 2 (Two) Person (1 AC Technician and 1 Helper).
9. Other conditions are specified in TDS & PCC.
