Brief Description of Package: Internal Audit Service for Smallholder Agricultural Competitiveness Project (SACP) and Diversified Resilient Agriculture for Improved Food and Nutrition Security (RAINS) of SACP.
Eligibility criteria:
Qualifications of the Firm:
Eligible firms must be Professional Chartered Accountancy Firms with a minimum of 5 years of experience in conducting internal audits. Firms should demonstrate a robust track record in the following:
• Relevant, proven experience in internal audit assignments;
• Expertise in delivering similar services for development projects or public sector entities;
• Knowledge of the financial and reporting procedures of IFAD or other international development partners (e.g., World Bank, ADB).
• Expertise in GoB Public Financial Management (PFM) and national procurement regulations.
• Proven capability in auditing IT General Controls and automated financial systems.
• Experience in conducting fraud risk assessments and implementing prevention frameworks.
• Adequate qualifications and experience of proposed staff.
