Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 2000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 666666 ~ 2000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. The Bidder shall have a minimum of 03 (three) years of general experience in the supply of CC Camera/ Electrical and Electronics Accessories/Goods. This experience shall be calculated backward from the date of publication of the IFT in the e-GP System.
2.The bidder shall have specific experience as a Supplier in the supply of CC Camera/Electrical and Electronics Accessories/Goods, evidenced by at least 2 (two) successfully completed contracts within the last 03 (three) years. The combined value of these two contracts must be at least BDT 8.0 (eight) lac. The timeframe shall be calculated backward from the date of publication of the IFT in the e-GP System.
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tender shall be Tk 8.00 (eight) lac.
4.The offered CC Camera must strictly comply with the existing system and General Arrangement (GA) Drawings, including all dimensions and enclosed technical specifications (Power Grid Bangladesg approved). Any deviation or non-compliance in any respect shall lead to the immediate rejection of the bid as non-responsive.
5. The Bidder shall complete the supply of the CC Camera within a maximum period of 60 (sixty) days from the date of contract signing. Failure to adhere to this delivery schedule may result in the imposition of liquidated damages as per the tender terms.
6. As per Tender Document (ITT,TDS,GCC,PCC).
