* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 10666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 32000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 10666666 ~ 32000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. Tenderer shall have a minimum of 3 (Three) years of General experience in the supply of WTP or DM Plant Operational related Chemicals.
2. The satisfactory completion of supply of water treatment & waste water treatment Chemicals in any Government/Semi-government/Autonomous/ Any large Power Plant at least 01 (One) contracts in the last 03 (Three) Years, with a minimum of BDT 84,00,000.00 (Eighty four Lakh) only. i.e., years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
3. Tenderer shall submit End-User Certificates (in letter head) of successful supply. Purchase order or similar documents shall not be counted.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is BDT 115,00,000.00 (One Crore Fifteen Lakh Taka) Only.
5. The Tenderer shall submit copies of valid and updated National ID Card, Trade License, Income Tax Certificates/Acknowledgement and e-VAT/VAT Registration Certificate
6. Any other documents apart from the tender specific credit commitment shall not be deemed as eligible documents for financial qualification in this tender.
