Brief Description of Package: Supply of Manpower (Outsourcing) (Code No-3211131) for the financial Year 2026-2027 at Police Super Office, Netrokona district Police.
Eligibility criteria:
1. The tenderer must be a registered entity or a genuine manpower supply licensee authorized by a competent government institution.
2. In accordance with Rule 7 of the Bangladesh Labour Rules, 2015, the service provider contracting agency must possess a valid registration and a renewed license issued by the Department of Inspection for Factories and Establishments.
3. Updated contractor and Business License.
4. Updated VAT and Income Tax License with PSR.
5. National Citizen Certificate and NID Certificate.
6. Ownership Certificate of the Institution.
7. Non-Blacklisted Certificate.
8. Experience Certificate. Experienced candidates may be given preference.Experienced candidates may be given preference.

10. Updated Bank Solvency Certificate.
11. The accepted bidder shall be obliged to have income tax and VAT, as fixed by the government, deducted at the time of payment of the goods/work bill.
12. The service personnel must possess physical and mental fitness, and their age must be between 18 and 60 years.
13. In case of urgent need, the authority reserves the power to purchase products directly from the market.
14. If any clarification is required regarding the terms of the tender, the decision of the authority shall be considered final.
15. The bidder shall submit an undertaking on his own pad in the form specified in the tender document stating that he will not engage in any corruption, fraud, conspiracy, coercion or obstruction of justice as mentioned in Section 64 of the Act.

17. The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any tender at any time.
18. If any condition conflicts with the PPR, the PPR shall prevail.
