Eligibility criteria:
1. The Tenderer shall be in Information Technology business for minimum 05 years;
2. The Tenderer shall have a minimum 03 (three) years of similar experience as on the date of submission of the tender in supply and installation of database/ servers/ storages/ License renewals or combind. To this effect, tenderer must submit proper evidence(s) from the relevant authorities;
3. For Oracle Database and Oracle Hardware Renewal the Tenderer should have Field Delivery Support Provider (FDSP) Certificate from Oracle to ensure authorized Support .
4. The Tenderer must submit MAF / Authorization from OEM;
5. The Tenderer must have ISO 27001:2022, ISO 9001:2015 Certifications;
