* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 850000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 2550000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 850000 ~ 2550000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the Supply of Goods as Supplier shall be 5 years.
2.The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of Goods (furniture) of the similar nature goods at least single contract(s) successfully completed within the last 05 years, each with a value of at least Tk.6.00 lac. If a tenderer submits an experience certificate for work completed under a private organization,they must also provide the relevant payment schedule,bank statement,and Notification of Award .Furthermore, the certifying Authority must hold a position equivalent to at least an Executive Engineer of a government,semi-government or autonomus organization,and valid proof of such equivalence must be submitted years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 7.5 lac in a specified format as per Tender Document.
4. Supply Completion/ Acceptance Certificate as a proof of Specific Experience;
5.Black listed/debarred bidders from any Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous organization will be treated as ineligible to participate in the Tender
6. All other criteria will be taken according to the Public Procurement Act-2006,PPR-2025 and its amendment
7. The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents:
i) Up-to-dateTrade License.
ii) Income Tax Cearance Certificate.
iii) VAT Registration Certificate.
