Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1166666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 3500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1166666 ~ 3500000.
Eligibility criteria:
a) Experience of minimum 03 (three) years in procurement.
b) A satisfactory completion of similar nature work (Supply of Gymnasium Equipments) of at least Tk.10,00,000.00 in a Single contract within last Five (05) years under any Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies in Bangladesh.
c) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be minimum Tk. 12,00,000.00 (Twelve Lakh). Letter of commitment for Bank’s Undertaking for line of credit should be in the specified format.
d) The Tenderer must posses:
(i) Up-to-date valid Trade License.
(ii) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance Certificate.
(iii) Valid VAT registration Certificate.
e) Others qualification stated in TDS & PCC. (Please go thorugh TDS and PCC Clause)
f) Vat shall be deducted from the contractor's bill using the current NBR rate.
