Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 666666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 2000000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 666666666 ~ 2000000000.

Eligibility criteria:
a) The minimum number of years of General Experience of the tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 03 (Three) years.*
b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor of at least 1 (one) contract of similar nature works (08 Storied RCC Building ) completed within last 20 (Twenty) years* with a value of at least Tk 37.00 Crores  in Govt/Semi-Govt/Autonomous organization.
c) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during best 05 (five) years in the last 10 (ten) financial years of Tk 25.00 Crores  in Govt/ Semi-Govt/ Autonomous organization. Tenderers shall submit payment certificates during last 10 years* with a year-wise list. Payment Certificates of JV works not supported by JV Agreement shall not be taken into consideration.
d). The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities shall be Tk 6.75 Crores  and to be submitted from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh in e-PW3-8 form. The document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between tender publication and submission date. Liquid certificate other than in e-PW3-8 shall not be accepted.
e) The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk 52.00 Crores. Necessary documents must be submitted in support of tender capacity.
f) The Tenderer must possess and submit Up to date Valid Trade License, Up to date Income Tax Clearance Certificate, Up to date ABC and supervisory license certificates, VAT Registration Certificate, Up to date Audit Report of the Firm, Work Program in Bar Chart etc.
