* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 750000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 2250000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 750000 ~ 2250000.
Eligibility criteria:
1) The minimum years of general experience of the Tenderer in Supply, installation & Commissioning of ATS panel system and related services shall be 03 years.
2) The minimum specific experience in Supply, installation & Commissioning of ATS panel system and related services shall be at least Tk. 5.00(Five) Lac under a single contract in the last 3(Three) years to any Govt./Semi-Govt./ Autonomous body /Banking Sector.
3) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 7.00 lac.
4) The hole Replacement Process must be done by within 2 Hours after shut down. Because the entire BKB server shall be shut down for that time.
5) 2nd ATS must have Alternative swiching provision from Primary to Secondary sourcing System.
