Eligibility criteria:
1. The bidder must provide a Manufacturer Authorization Letter (MAL) for all the active and passive items from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM).
2. The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 5 years.
3. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods (supply and installation of Network Solution or IT services) of at least one (1) contract successfully completed within the last 5 years, with a value of at least Tk. 60,00,000.00 (Sixty Lakh Taka).
4. Tenderer should submit their credit line facility / Liquid assets certificate according to PPR format. Amount of liquid asset is Tk 60,00,000.00 (Sixty Lakh Taka).
5. Tenderer must have Up to date Valid Trade license, VAT and Tax Certificate.
6. Tenderer must submit compliance sheet of offers goods.
7. Tenderer must have ISO 9001:2015; 27001:2022
8. Bidder must have at least 3 network related certified Engineers.
9. The bidder must have an IT/ITES company registered in Bangladesh.
10. All Equipment/Goods must be approved by JUST concerned authority (director of ICT) before supply.
11. Rest of the criteria mentioned in Uploaded Specification. Signed Uploaded Specification is Final.
