Brief Description of Package: 1) Porters wages (Loading/Unloading) and Transportation of goods (Ration Items- Rice, Sugar, Wheat etc.).
2) As per the general and special terms and conditions of the contract, transportation work including labourer expenses (loading and unloading) will have to be done. As per the work order, the required Wheat, Rice and Sugar will have to be transported to the Ration Store, Police Training Center, Rangpur at their own expense and warehoused from the government food warehouse/sugar mill. The Wheat will also be transported from Ration Store, Police Training Center, Rangpur to the designated mill. If the transportation work including coolie is not done properly, legal action will be taken including confiscation of the deposit.

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 150000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 450000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 150000 ~ 450000.

Eligibility criteria:
(1) Valid Trade license for the 2025-2026 fiscal year.
(2) Submit documents of liquid assets of 1,52,000/- (One lac fifty two thousands taka only) as per Form-8 of PG-3.
(3) Bank solvency certificate with last three months statement.
(4) Income tax clearance certificate (2024-2025).
(5) Up-to-date VAT registration certificate.
(6) Up-to-date TIN certificate.
(7) Ownership Certificate.
(8) National ID Card with one copy passport-size color Photograph.
(9) Relevant work experience certificate.
N.B. Rice and wheat will have to reach from LSD warehouse Rangpur Sadar and Sugar from Thakurgaon Sugar Mill Limited to PTC, Rangpur.
