Eligibility criteria:
1.Valid Trade License
2. Tax Clearance Certificate (or Acknowledgement slip issued by the competent authority as a proof of submission of income tax return for the Assessment Year 2024-25/2025-26.
3. VAT Registration Number/Business Identification Number (BIN)
4. All others eligibility as per e-PW1(a) Document
5. Payments of executed work will be made upon availability of funds. Any claim for the late payments will not be entertained.
6. Quotationer shall have legal capacity to enter into Contract. Quotationer, in support of its qualification shall be required to submit certified photocopies of latest documents related to valid Trade License, Tax Clearance Certificate (or Acknowledgement slip issued by the competent authority as a proof of submission of income tax return for the Assessment Year (insert assessment year), VAT Registration Number/Business Identification Number (BIN) and Financial Solvency Certificate showing liquid asset of at least BDT 60000 of the estimated cost) from any scheduled Bank; without which the Quotation may be considered non-responsive.
7. After completion the tender opening process, if disable to downloading important documents of the tender, which consider to tender evaluation. In order to the tender may be treated as non-responsive
