Brief Description of Package: 01. High quality white flour by grinding wheat.
02. As per the instructions of the Police Headquarters, the flour must be packaged in high-quality transparent poly packs of 2 kg and 5 kg (market-standard) and the weight of the product, date of production and expiry date must be clearly mentioned on the package.
03. The wheat allocated each month, the transport contractor will transport it to the mill by himself, and after grinding the wheat, the transport contractor will be responsible for transporting the milled flour to the police ration store at his own expense and storing it in the warehouse.
04. The wheat bags supplied from the government warehouse must be deposited in the ration store along with the delivery invoice.
05. Before grinding wheat, it must be thoroughly cleaned, including hollering.

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 833333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 2500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 833333 ~ 2500000.

(1) Valid Trade license for the 2025-2026 fiscal year.
(2) Submit documents of liquid assets of 9,00,000/- (Nine lacs Taka only) as per Form-8 of PG-3.
(2) Bank solvency certificate with last three months statement.
(3) Income tax clearance certificate (2024-2025).
(4) Up-to-date VAT registration certificate.
(5) Up-to-date TIN certificate.
(6) Manufacturer Authorization Letter.
(7) Ownership Certificate.
(8) National ID Card with one copy passport-size color Photograph.
(9) ‍Renewed Agriculture/Marketing License.
(10) Relevant work experience certificate.
** Tenderer must be submitted 02 (Two) kg Sample on opening date before opening time.
