Eligibility criteria:
This invitation for Tender is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below:
1.The tenderer must submit up to date trade license, VAT registration certificate, incomeTAX clearance certificate.
2. NID and Ownership Certificate.
3. A latest certified copy of bank solvency certificate & detail bank statement (minimum 118 lakh taka should be available till the
day before the tender) / Attested copy of Liquid Asset of 118 lakh taka submitted in Standard Format e-PG3-8 according to ITT clause 28.
4. The minimum specific experience at District Police as Supplier in supply of of at least 1 (one)
similar contract successfully completed within the last 3 (Three) years, with a value of at least Tk. 67.00 (Sixty Seven) lakh.
5. Samples of high quality domestic Soyabean oil in a 1 litre bottle (BSTI approved, enriched with Vitamin A) should be submitted to the office of the
Superintendent of Police, Dinajpur before the scheduled time of opening of the EGP tender.Provided sample goods quality shall be considered at the time of tender evaulation. Low quality goods shall be considered non-responsive.
6. The authority reserves the right to accept/reject any tender without assigning any reason.
All other conditions as mentioned in e-TDS & PCC of e-tender document must
be fulfilled.
