Brief Description of Package: 1) High Qualities Lentils.
2) The color and quality of lentils (MUSUR DAL) should be appropriate as per the instructions of Police Headquarters. If the
random sample of lentils submitted with the tender is collected and sent to an accredited laboratory for testing, all expenses in this
regard will be borne by the tenderer. The lentils supplied by the committee will be accepted on the basis of the test report.
3) According to the instructions of the Police Headquarters, Lentils (MUSUR DAL) should be packaged and supplied in highquality
transparent polybags of 3.5 kg, 4 kg and 5.5 kg and the weight of the product, date of production and expiry date should be clearly
mentioned on the package.
4) As a general and special condition of the contract, lentils will be supplied as per the sample kept at Ration Store, Police Training
Center, Rangpur. As per the work order, the required lentils will be transported to Ration Store, Police Training Center, Rangpur
Tender Document Price: Tk. 1500; Tender Security: 100000 BDT
Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 3333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 10000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 3333333 ~ 10000000.

(1) Valid Trade license for the 2025-2026 fiscal year.
(2) Submit documents of liquid assets of 38,00,000/- (Thirty Eight lacs Taka only) as per Form-8 of PG-3.
(3) Bank solvency certificate with last three months statement.
(4) Income tax clearance certificate (2024-2025).
(5) Up-to-date VAT registration certificate.
(6) Up-to-date TIN certificate.
(7) Renewed Agriculture/Marketing License.
(8) Ownership Certificate.
(9) National ID Card with one copy passport-size color Photograph.
(10) Relevant work experience certificate.
** Tenderer must be submited 1 (One) Kg Sampale on opening date before opeining time.
