Brief Description of Package: Supply of Office Stationery, Cleaning & Household Materials and Other Miscellaneous Items including Office Stationery (Offset Paper, Register Khata, Envelopes, Tapes, Pens, Pencils, Files, Folders, Clips etc.), Cleaning & Hygiene Materials (Tissue Paper, Liquid Hand Wash Refill, Floor Mop, Floor & Surface Cleaner, Glass Cleaner Spray, Aerosol, Air Freshener, Duster, Pureit Germ Kill Kit etc.) and Office Equipment & Consumables (Photocopier Toner, Cartridge for Laser Printer, Multi Plug, Electric Kettle etc.) as per Schedule of Requirements/Technical Specification mentioned in the e-RFQ Document.
Eligibility criteria:
Quotationer, in support of its qualification, shall be required to submit certified photocopies of latest documents related to valid Trade License, Tax Clearance Certificate (or Acknowledgement slip of Income Tax return), VAT Registration Number/Business Identification Number (BIN) and Financial Solvency Certificate showing liquid asset of at least BDT 2,80,000 (Two lakh eighty thosand Tk only) (70% of estimated cost) from any scheduled Bank. Quotationer shall have legal capacity to enter into Contract and shall not have been declared ineligible by the Government of Bangladesh on charges of engaging in corrupt, fraudulent, collusive, coercive or obstructive practices.
