Brief Description of Package: Supply of Health Safety Items (Unit Rate Based) for Rangpur Metropolitan Police during the Financial Year 2026-2027 under a Framework Agreement.
The procurement will be executed on a unit-rate basis, and work orders will be issued in phases based on budgetary allocation and actual official requirements throughout the fiscal year.

* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2933333.

Eligibility criteria:
1) The Tenderer must possess a valid and up-to-date Trade License.
2) The Tenderer must possess a Tax Identification Number (TIN).
3) The Tenderer must submit the latest Income Tax Return Certificate.
4) The Tenderer must possess a VAT Registration Number (BIN).
5) The Tenderer must submit a Bank Solvency Certificate or credit facilities commitment from a scheduled bank, issued within the date specified in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS).
6) The Tenderer shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility, suspension, or be blacklisted/debarred under the Public Procurement Act, 2006 and the Public Procurement Rules, 2025.
