Eligibility criteria:
01.The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be One (01) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
02. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods ( air conditioner) of at least one (1) contract successfully completed within the last Three (03) years, with a value of at least Tk. Ten (10,00,000.00) Lac Only. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
03. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Taka Twelve lac (12,00,000.00) only.
04. The Tenderers whose trade license valid (2025-2026), only they are eligible to submit bids for this tender.
05. The Tenderer shall have legal capacity to enter into the Contract.
06. Tenderer must have submitted acknowledgement slip issued by the competent income tax authority as a proof of submission of income tax return for the Assessment Year of 2024-2025.
07. All other Terms & Conditions are available in the Tender Document.
08. Contractors have to submit documents against tender capacity.
09. The Tenderer shall have submitted Audit Report For the Year of 2024-2025.
10. The required information regarding claims under litigation shall be current or during the last One (01) years.
