Eligibility criteria:
All Tenderers of Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous/Corporate body are Eligible having following Qualifications/capacities.
i) Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have minimum 05 (five) years of general experience in Building/construction works.
ii)The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least [01] contract(s) of similar nature successfully completed within the last 05] years, each with a value of at least Tk. [0.70] Lac
iii)The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual Construction turn over during last 5(five) years Tk. 0.60 Lac. Only Payment certificate will be considered for turnover calculation.
iv) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk Tk. 0.50 Lac as per form PW2A-8.
v) Minimum Tender Capacity TK 0.75 Lac.
vi) Contractor must be enlisted in PWD approved soil test provider list.
(vii) Documents of valid and Up-to date, PWD lisense, Trade License, Income Tax Certificate and VAT Registration Certificate shall be submitted.
(viii) All other & detailed conditions and criteria as specified in all sections of the tender document must be fulfilled.
