Package Title: Procurement of Internet and Data Connectivity Services for Head Office and Other Land Ports of Bangladesh Land Port Authority (BLPA)Bangladesh Land Port Authority (BLPA) intends to procure Internet and Data Connectivity Services for its Head Office and twelve (12) Land Ports to ensure reliable, secure, and uninterrupted communication and operation of automation systems, office applications, IP telephony, and other ICT-enabled services.The selected Service Provider shall provide 300 Mbps dedicated Internet bandwidth at the BLPA Head Office and 200 Mbps dedicated Data Connectivity at each Land Port. The service shall include establishment, configuration, operation, maintenance, monitoring, and technical support of the network infrastructure.Key Requirements300 Mbps Dedicated Internet at BLPA Head Office.200 Mbps Dedicated Data Connectivity at each Land Port.Dual-link (Primary & Secondary) connectivity for all Land Ports.Required Public IP Addresses for Head Office and 12 Land Ports.One (01) SIP/IP Phone Number (096 Series) for BLPA Head Office.Internet sharing/accessibility from Head Office to all Land Ports.Automatic/immediate failover to backup link during primary link failure.Configuration and support of all network devices without additional monthly charges.MRTG-based bandwidth and traffic monitoring.24×7 technical support and network monitoring.Monthly billing subject to deduction of VAT and Tax as per Government rules.
