Brief Description of Package: Supply of lift operator with maintenance and operation work for (10) Ten nos lift of Sirajganj Medical College and 500 bedded Hospital. Fy-2026-2027.

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1500000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 4500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1500000 ~ 4500000.
Eligibility criteria:
a) Reputed contractors/construction firms who have minimum 05 (five) years of general experience in supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of lift and electro-mechanical works.
b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in similar works under public sector of at least [01] contract(s) successfully completed within the last 05] years, each with a value of at least Tk. [12.00] Lac
c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 10.50 Lac over the last 5 (Five) years. Payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.Only payment certificate shall be considered for turnover calculation.
d) Having minimum liquid asset amounting Tk.9.00 Lac. Credit Commitment issued by any schedule bank should be fully unconditional as per form (PW2A-8.). Any deviation of this form will results the tenderer non-responsive.
e) The Tenderer must possess up-to-date trade license, income tax return certificate, VAT registration certificate, up-to-date ABC category contractor and supervisory license from Bangladesh Electrical Licensing Board.
f)(i) Manufacturer authorization from TKE Brand lift for spare parts supply.
ii) Agency ship certificate enclosed with tender for TKE brand lift.
iii) Certificate from the authorized dealer/supplier of TKE in BD for ensuring availability of the spare parts of the lift for the next 01 year shall be submitted with the tender
