Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 10000000 ~ 30000000.
Eligibility criteria:
The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be five (5) years.
2. The minimum specific experience in Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning works of Street Lighting/ related as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be at least one (1) contract of similar nature successfully completed in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organizations of Bangladesh within the last five (5) years, with a contract value of at least Tk. 90.00 lakh (ninety Lakh).”
3.The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 150 (one hundred fifty) Lakh over the best three (3) years in the last five (5) years.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 52.00 (fifty two) Lakh
5. Tenderers not fulfilling the requirements as stated in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) will be treated as non responsive.
