* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1500000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 4500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1500000 ~ 4500000.
Eligibility criteria:
This Invitation for Tender (IFT) is open to all eligible tenderer registered in e-gp system meeting the following criteria:
a) Experience of minimum 05 (Five) years(*) in the electro-mechanical works.
b) A satisfactory completion of similar nature (supply and installation of air conditioners) of at least Tk. 10,00,000.00 (ten Lac) under a single contract that include supply and installation of air conditioners within last 05 (Five) years(*) under any Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous Bodies/Private organizations.
c) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be minimum Tk. 15,00,000.00 (fifteen Lac). Letter of commitment for Bank’s Undertaking for line of credit should be in the format as specified in the tender form. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.
d) Up to date valid Trade license.
e) Up to date ABC/BC category Contractor & Electrical Supervisory license from Bangladesh Electrical Licensing Board.
f) Up to date Income tax clearance certificate from NBR with TIN.
g) Up to date VAT Registration certificate from NBR.
h) Catalogue & Technical specifications of proposed Brand.
i) Others qualification stated in TDS & PCC.
j) PPA 2006 and PPR 2025 (with all Amendment) shall be followed.
* Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
