Eligibility criteria:
As per e-RFQ Tender Document and Quotationer shall have legal capacity to enter into Contract. Quotationer, in support of itsqualification shall be required to submit the following documents, without which the Quotation may be considered non-responsive:

2) Tax Clearance Certificate or Acknowledgement slip issued by the competent authority as a proof of submission of income taxreturn for the Assessment Year 2023-24,
3) VAT Registration Number/Business Identification Number (BIN) and
4) Financial Solvency Certificate showing liquid asset of at least BDT 350000.00 ( Three Lakh Fifty Thousand Taka Only) from anyscheduled Bank of Bangladesh).
