Eligibility criteria:

3. Up-to-date Trade License.
4. The tenderer must submit a Bank Statement Document showing that they have a minimum liquid asset of BDT=15 (Fifteen) Lac. (N.B: Liquid Asset Document must be in between Publication Date and Opening Date)
5. Must have 1 Quarter of experience in supplying ration materials to the police department.
6. the bidder must have successfully completed at least 1 (one) similar contract for supply of ration items to any units of bangladesh police
7. The tenderer must have a minimum financial capacity of BDT =10 (Ten) Lac, which is sufficient to undertake the required supply.
.8. The tender will follow PPR 2025. All terms are binding on bidders.-The quantity of any item mentioned in the tender may be increased or decreased as required, and the authority reserves the right to cancel any or all tenders without assigning any reason.
9. A certificate stating that you are not blacklisted must be submitted.
