Eligibility criteria:
1. Up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate.
2. Valid VAT Registration Certificate Up to date 13 digit BIN.
3. Up-to-date Trade License.
4. The bidder must submit a bank statement and have a minimum of 80,000/- (Eighty Thousand) (Note: Must be submitted between the publication date and the opening date)
5. Must have experience in supplying ration materials to the police department.
6. the bidder must have successfully completed at least 1 (one) similar contract for supply of ration items to any units of bangladesh police The total value of the completed contract must be at least 70,000 (Seventy Thousand) Only.
7. The tenderer must have a minimum financial capacity of BDT =80,000 (Eighty Thousand) which is sufficient to undertake the required supply.
8. The tender will follow PPR 2025. All terms are binding on bidders.
9. The quantity of any item mentioned in the tender may be increased or decreased as required, and the authority reserves the right to cancel any or all tenders without assigning any reason.
10. A certificate stating that you are not blacklisted must be submitted.
