Eligibility criteria:
Tenderer shall submit with its Tender, the following documents:
1. Reputed Contractors/Firms who have minimum 5(Five) years of general experience of Lift Operation, Maintenance and Servicing works.
2. A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk 8.00 lakh under one of contract(s) over a period of five years shall be required.
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 7.00 lakh over the last five years.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 3.00 lakh.
5.The minimum capacity shall be: tk 6.00 lakh
6. Tenderers are requested to go through the TDS and PCC of tender. All documents submitted by the tenderers must be scanned from the original copy.
