* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 8500000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 25500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 8500000 ~ 25500000.
Eligibility criteria:
The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 03 (Three) years.; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e- GP System.
The minimum specific experience as a supplier in the supply of similar goods shall be at least Taka 75,00,000/- (Seventy- Five Lakh Taka Only) under a maximum of 02 (Two) contracts successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years, with each contract having a value of at least Taka 30,00,000/- (Thirty Lakh Taka Only); years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e- GP System.
N.B.: Tenderer must submit evidence(s) in the form of certificate(s) (End user Certificate/Final acceptance certificate/Provisional acceptance certificate etc.) from the purchaser in the Letter Head Pad of Purchaser duly sealed and signed mentioning Contract Value and Date of Commence & completion of delivery against specific experience. NOA/PO/Contract etc. shall not be treated as evidence of specific experience.
The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 88,00,000/- (Eighty Eight Lakh Taka Only) on or after the date of publication of IFT. Supporting documents where amount is mentioned have to be submitted as a proof.
