Brief Description of Package: Procurement of Physical Services through Outsourced Manpower Service Provider for National institute of diseases of the chest and hospital (NIDCH) covering Service Category-5(35 positions) and Service Category-4(07 positions)at NIDCH
Eligibility criteria:
a.The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in contracting Government Hospital / Government Specialized Hospital / Medical College Hospital
shall be 5 (Five) years. [Years counting backward from the date of publication of this invitation for Tender]
a) Tenderers shall have the legal capacity (not barred by Public Procurement Act or any other law(s) to sign the contract) to enter into the Contract under the Applicable law.
b) Tenderers are not currently restrained due to suspension or debarred from participating in Public Procurement on grounds of fundamental breach of contract under any Contract.
c) Tenderers shall have the following up to date valid License:
i) Registration or license issued by the Department of Inspection for Factories and Establishment (DIFE).
ii) Updated Trade License.
iii) Updated Income Tax Payment Certificate (with TIN) and Assessment copy.
iv) Updated VAT Registration Certificate.
