Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 7333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 22000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 7333333 ~ 22000000.
Eligibility criteria:
Tenderer shall submit with its Tender, the following additional documents:
a) As described in tender document (eSTD).
b) The provisions laid down in the PPA-2006, PPR-2025 & BPR for e-GP including latest all amendment and e-STD will be followed.
c) The Procuring Entity is Executive Engineer Sales and Distribution Division-1, WZPDCL, Kushtia is Executing Agency as per PPR 2025 rule 20.
d) After the selected contractor fulfills all terms and conditions specified in the work order and completes the whole work and upon receiving work completion certification from the Executing Agency or Committee or any other authority Payments shall be made by Deputy Commissioner, Kushtia.
e) Tenderer must have up to date income tax (e-TIN) clearance, VAT registration and valid trade licensee, National ID (NID), Key personnel (with NID, Photograph and necessary certificate), Tools and Authorization letter.
f) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 05 (Five) years.
g) The minimum specific experience as contractor in supply and installation of similar Solar Power System of at least 01 (one) contract successfully completed within last 03 (Three) years (years counting backwards from the date of publication of the IFT in the newspaper), the solar system capacity not less than 50 kWp or equivalent to at least BDT 50 (Fifty) Lac Only.
h) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 75,00,000.00 (Seventy-Five Lacs Only).
