Brief Description of Package: Providing Four Drivers on outsourcing process on fully temporary basis for driving inspection vehicle of Executive Engineer and Sub-Divisional Engineers of Shere Bangla Nagar Public Works Division-3, Dhaka.
Eligibility criteria:
This invitation for Tender is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below:
a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in contracting industries in public sector shall be 03 (Three) years.
b) The minimum specific experience as Service Provider in providing service personnel of at least ONE contract (to comply with this requirement service contracts cited should be at least 70 percent complete) of similar nature and complexity (supply of driver) completed over a period of 3 years with a value of at least of Tk 12.00 (Twelve) lakh shall be required.
c) The required average annual turnover of the Tenderer shall be at least of the amount of Tk 12.00 (Twelve) lakh over the last 3 (Three) financial years.
d) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 9.00 (Nine) lakh. Letter of Commitment for Bank’s Undertaking for Line of Credit as per Form e-PPS2-5 of Tender and Contract Forms section must be submitted for this purpose (Failing to submit in form e-PPS2-5 will make the tenderer Non-responsive).
e) The tenderer must posses:
i) Updated income tax clearance certificate. ii) VAT registration certificate. iii) Updated trade license. iv) Updated CV and Educational Certificates of Proposed Manpower. v) Updated License for Supplying Man power from Department of Inspection for Factories & Establishments (DIFE). vi) Attested copy of documents in sl. No. i, ii, iii, iv & v are to be submitted. vii) Original money receipt must be enclosed with the tender.
f) Other required eligibility and conditions of the tenderer are shown in Tender Data Sheet of tender documents.
