9. The accepted bidder shall be obliged to have income tax and VAT, as fixed by the government, deducted at the time of payment of the goods/work bill.
10. In case of urgent need, the authority reserves the power to purchase products directly from the market.
11. If any clarification is required regarding the terms of the tender, the decision of the authority shall be considered final.
12. The bidder shall submit an undertaking on his own pad in the form specified in the tender document stating that he will not engage in any corruption, fraud, conspiracy, coercion or obstruction of justice as mentioned in Section 64 of the Act.
13. And mention in TDS, PCC and GCC.
14. The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any tender at any time.
15. If any condition conflicts with the PPR, the PPR shall prevail.
