Eligibility criteria:
A) Quotationer, in support of its qualification shall be required to submit the following documents, without which the Quotation may be considered non-responsive:

2) Tax Clearance Certificate (or Acknowledgement slip issued by the competent authority as a proof of submission of income tax return for the Assessment Year 2024-25),
3) VAT Registration Number/Business Identification Number (BIN) and
4) Financial Solvency Certificate showing liquid asset of at least BDT= 350000.00 (In word: Three Lakh Fifty Thousand Taka) from any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh.
