Eligibility criteria:
a) Tenderer must be a reputable supplier who has a minimum of 02 (Two) years of general experience in the supply of Goods to in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during the last 05 (five) years, counting backward from the date of tender publication in the newspaper.
(b) Must have experience in successful completion of Supply at least 01 (one) Work of a similar nature of Goods worth not less than Tk. 20.00 Lakh in a single work order worth in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during the last 05 (five) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of the tender in the newspaper. Must submit the work completion certificates in this regard.
(c) The minimum amount of liquid assets or free cash fund or credit line(s) of the tenderer, Tk. 30.00 Lakh. Bank documents in support of liquid assets must be submitted. In case of credit line facilities, a specific format (PG2-5/ PG3-8) is to be used by the bank without altering/ modifying any word/ sentence and adding any condition. The issue date of documents should be after the publication date of IFT in the eGP portal.
(d) Must Submit Up-to-date Trade license(Supplier), Income Tax Clearance certificate and VAT Registration certificate.
(e) Tenderer must submit Brand Model, Catalouge/Brochure of offered items ; Other conditions of the Tenderer are shown in tender data sheet (TDS)
(f) The work of the package may be totally dropped, decreased, or increased as per field condition/design/administrative approval/budget allocation, for which no claim will be entertained for cancellation of the tender/Issuance of work order. Bill is subject to getting funds from the GOB.
