* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 1200000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 400000 ~ 1200000.

Eligibility criteria:
This invitation for Tenders is open to al eligible tenderers/supplier as mentioned below :
1. Up to date Trade license, Income Tax Payment Certificate with payment slip and Valid VAT Registration Certificate.
2. The Tenderer shal have a minimum of 5 Years General Experience in the supply of goods.
3. The satisfactory completion of supply of similar goods or related services of minimum Tk. 2.50 Lakhs under Government / Semi Government/Autonomous bodies in the last 3 years (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System). The above experience / supply of goods certificate from head of the institute or authorised person. (Not the work order or contract agreement copy)
4. The minimum amount of unconditional Liquid Asset or Working Capital or Credit facilities of the tenderer shal be Tk. 3 Lakhs. Letter of Commitment for Bank's Undertaking for Line of Credit as per form Form PG2-5 must be submitted for this purpose.
5. Others documents as specified in Section : e-Tender Submission Letter (Form e-PG2 -1), e-PG2-2A,e-PG2-2B, TDS, PCC & GCC.
