Eligibility criteria:
The invitation for tender is open to al eligible tenderers who satisfy the folowing:
(a) The minimum years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shal be 5 (Five) years.
(b) The Tenderer shall have successful completion experience of similar nature of work under a single work order amounting not less than Taka 17.00 lac during the last 5 (five) years in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous bodies. The work completion certificates shall have to be issued by the Officer not below the rank of an Executive Engineer or equivalent Officer of concerned Department/Organization.
(c) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line of theTenderer shall be at least Tk. 22.00 lakh.
(d) Black listed/debarred bidders from any Govt/Semi-Govt./ Autonomous organization will be treated as ineligible to participate the tender.
(e) Up-to-date trade license, Income Tax clearance certificate, VAT registration certificate.
(f) Other required conditions and documents of the tenderer are shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of tender documents must be fulfilled.
(g) All other criteria will be taken according to the Public Procurement Act-2006, PPR-2025 and its amendment.
