Eligibility criteria:
a. Only the uPVC manufacturers will be eligible for this tender. 
b. Tenderer must have a minimum general experience of 05 (Five) years in the manufacturing of uPVC (PN10) ISO 4422-2 (1996) and related services as per technical specifications. 
c. Tenderer must have a minimum specific experience as manufacturing and supplying of uPVC (PN10) ISO 4422-2 (1996) pipe of at least one (1) contract successfully completed within the last three (3) years.
