Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 400000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 1200000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 400000 ~ 1200000.

Eligibility criteria:
i) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be [05] years.
ii) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods for Model Mosque work of at least one (1) contract successfully completed within the last [03] years, with a value of at least Tk. [3.00 Lac]
iii) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment shall be Tk [2.50 Lac] without any alternation/edit of as per (Form e-PG2-7) from any Scheduled Bank of Bangladesh, Otherwise the tender shall be non-responsive.
iv) Documents of valid and Up-to date Trade License, Income Tax Certificate and VAT Registration Certificate (BIN) shall be submitted.
v) Sample must be approved by Procuring entity before delivery of goods. If price quotation is inappropriate to the estimated rate, PE can take clarification from the tenderer.
vi) Other required eligibility and conditions of the tenderer are shown in TDS and PCC of tender documents.
