Eligibility criteria:
The tenderer must fulfill the following eligibility criteria:
1. The Tenderer shall have current enlistment certificate for civil construction Works from Govt./ Semi-Govt./Autonomous Organization.
2. The Tenderer shall have satisfactory completion certificates of similar works (Building construction works) of at least Tk.1,15,00,000.00 (One Crore Fifteen Lakh) under single contract over a period of last 05 (five) years,
3. The required average annual construction Turnover greater than Tk.1,85,00,000.00 (One Crore Eighty Five Lakh) over the best 03 (Three) years in the last 05 (Five) years or over the best 05 (Five) years in the last 10 (Ten) years.
4. Liquid Assets not less than Tk.50,00,000.00 (Fifty Lakh) issued by the bank not earlier than 28 days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of e-Tender. The credit commitment issued by certain banks must strictly follow the e-GP guidelines of "Letter of Commitment for Bank's Undertaking for Line of Credit (Form PW2A-8)" of Standard Tender Document uploaded on e-GP. Other formats shall not be accepted.
