Eligibility criteria:
Tenderer must have a minimum of 05 (Five) years of General Experience as a supplier of Connectivity, Network Equipment, and Related Services in Bangladesh.
The minimum specific experience required for the Tenderer is the successful completion of at least 01 (One) Connectivity-related contract/Service Level Agreement within the last 02 (Two) years, valued at a minimum of Tk 1,00,00,000/- (One Crore).
Tenderer must have at least 300 (Three Hundred) Live Data Connectivity sites in Banks or Financial Institutes in Bangladesh under a single Service Level Agreement/Contract.
Tenderer must have a minimum of 50 (Fifty) Live Data Connectivity in the Barishal, Khulna and Faridpur Divisional Zone under a single Service Level Agreement/Contract.
Tenderer must have their own minimum 06(Six), 24/7 Support Center in Barishal, Khulna and Faridpur Divisional Zone as well as at least 01 (one) office in Dhaka City. The list of Support Center, including Office Address, Contact No, and Staff details with Designation, should be provided by the bidder.
The minimum amount of financial resources, as liquid assets or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 1,50,00,000/- (One Crore Fifty Lakh).
If any Bidder wins the Tender for the Primary Network Connectivity under the respective Divisional Zone (e.g., the winner of Tender ID: 1266828), then that Bidder will be treated as non-responsive for this tender due to technical reasons.
